We have been back to this restaurant as we craved oyster cake. This time, we appreciated more about Shung Hing, being a typical chiu chow restaurant. The place did not sell gimmick or glamourous. It only served those very basic and simple chiu chow foods. The quality was good and the foods made were fresh. We loved the oyster cake, the soup boiled with salted vegetibles and pig stomach, and the small clams only available or served during the summer time. The dishes were all nicely made. There w
