Went for a takeaway latte, wanted to add sugar hence I asked for a stirer - unbelievably the shop says they have none and no other help offered. So I had to help myself to a long metal knife at the cutlery section. I handed the used utensil back to staff and asked if I could dispose of the sugar wrapped in metal box on the counter as it looked like it contained rubbish - staff responded “of course not, does it look like a rubbish tin” and pointed to a bin. Very disappointed with service for a $4
