We came to North Point on a Thursday, while the area was quite busy but this noodle restaurant was not busy at all. Our table was next to the chefs ramen open kitchen so we were able to see the chef prepare the ramen in an attentive manner, the bowl itself has been heated hot before serving, this just goes to show how carefully the ramen was crafted. 白虎同埋黑虎低温叉烧拉面,汤底味道浓郁,加入黑蒜有一种独特嘅味道同埋层次感!叉烧半肥瘦好有咬口!糖心蛋亦恰到好处!五花豚肉温泉蛋丼都香口!唯独觉得饺子就真系一般!价钱北角嚟讲算平!service 都ok
