I brought my foreign friends to try the Hong Kong famous egg tarts. The egg tart was 5 dollars each. Freshly baked and came directly from the kitchen. So nice and soft the custard-like egg yolk. THe crust was supper crunchy. 不过如果要挑剔嘅话, 就系个饼底有少少太过老, 虽然系脆, 不过𠮶啲硬, 同埋个饼都有少少厚。 所以咬落去唔系话入口即溶嘅 松化。
