What a good find! I've never ventured into the little alleyways of quarry bay so I was nicely surprised with dinner at @the_red_cuisine. We got the deep fried mantous which had a nice crisp to them, the scrambled egg with marinated lamb, and one of their signature Claypot fish with pickled vegetables. They also have a buy one get one free deal so it was a great reprieve from a hectic work day.
