I arrived at mana at around 1, towards the end of lunch hour and it was so packed inside! It was so hectic, with people trying to squeeze past to order and to look at the menu and people standing around waiting for their order. I ordered a tofu burger with fries and a green juice. The tofu burger was absolutely delicious! The tofu was perfectly seasoned and I really enjoyed the layers of flavour in the burger with red peppers, halloumi cheese and other veggies. I really recommend this if you want a good vegetarian burger. The fries were also nice and crispy (though the ones at the bottom of the box were a little soggy) but the homemade ketchup was the star! It was perfectly sweet and acidic, with bits of tomato in it. The green juice was average, I'd recommend getting a smoothie because I tried my friend's smoothie and it was definitely better than the juice.
Overall I am mostly impressed by how environmentally friendly the place is: you have to recycle your cutlery/paper boxes and also throw away any food into a compost bin. I support their efforts to be environmentally friendly.
