Went with a vegetarian friend and was amazed by the options. We came with a eatigo offer at 50%. And of course, wanted to try multiple dishes. When we ordered, we were not told if what the dishes would be too much for two of us to eat, which is fine, but they did not allow us to take away.
We ordered 3-4 dishes for 2, with the portions being big, quite a lot remained which could have made for another meal, such as dinner. we were happy to take away the food, but the manager did not allow us to do so.
"You pay the full price if you want to take away". It made no sense, we tried to talk to them about how the food would be wasted anyway, instead of throwing it away we would love to take it home, but the manager was persistent and even getting angry. Our mood turned sour because of this, as we hate to waste any food.
I will never be back again due to this. It has made the restaurant a negative experience for me.
