Quick lunch with a friend on New Year's Eve, ordered a dim sum starter, a braised tofu dish and wonton vermicelli pot, plus two bowls of the mushroom double boiled soup. Must say the dishes were all made with care and beautifully presented, tasted great and executed with precision. Taken individually the food was all top notch, but as a whole lunch it was spoiled by too much soup.
题外话/补充资料：
My complaint is about the service - while taking our order, the waiter was engaged in discussion with us on what to eat. He recommended the dim sum to try - good choice. He also recommended the soup - itself not a bad choice. BUT he did NOT tell us the wonton vermicelli comes in a pot of soup - in my mind the pot is dry, that's why I asked for soup. He could have informed us the fact that wonton vermicelli already comes in a whole pot of soup and perhaps we should not order additional TWO BOWLS of soup on top. I even asked him how big is the bowl of soup and he confirmed it is for one person. For a Michelin 2 star restaurant, this is seriously below the expectation of professionalism.
