Being a editorial photographer in UK, I am always attracted to contemporary european cusine .The pictures that they posted on their site look very promising, so I have decided to travel across Hong Kong to try out this restaurant, and it turly worths the journey. The location is almost out of reach, and it is difficult to find. The restaurant is very small, it only has, I think, 4-5 tables inside, which can only accommodate up to 15-20 people *(so... reservation is recommended) We had the Lobste

We had the Lobster Bisque. I have had many Lobster Bisque as it is my fav dishes in UK and I surly know what it should taste like. It is really cooked to perfection, and seasoned beautifully.

Greed Salad with Angus Beef in Thai Sauce

Another dish that we had is the Angus Beef in Thai Sauce, This fusion dish is highly creative yet the sauce really compliments the outstanding green salad. Needlessly to say, the temperature of the beef is just right. Mes compliments au chef.

Next up, another fusion dish that stands-out and taste extraordinary. The presentation of this dish is really breath-taking.

Soft-Shell Crab Risotto

Followed by an Italian classic, Risotto which really brings me back to Italy. The great presentation with the turly scrumptious soft-shell crab. 
Roast Spring Chicken

Then we have a Roast Spring Chicken, It is rather difficult to keep the moisture of the chicken while having a crispy skin. The chef has manage to do just this, making the chicken so succulent.
Chocolate Lava Cake

Every chef know that the beauty of a Lava chocolate cake. It is the timing that determine whether this cake will have a soft juicy inside, and yes, this cake is perfect, not too sweet but it leave your month a rich chocolate taste that making you want more. 

It is a lovely surprising to find such a great restaurant that is far from the city. Although it might seem to be difficult to get by, it certainly worths the effort to get there. In addition to the great taste of the food, the decor is also fabulous.

Lastly, I would also like to say the service is top-notch. The waitress seemed so attentive and friendly. It is rare in other restaurants, so all-in-all. I really love this restaurant. I am coming back for definite.
