Seriously dislike the fact that Basehall is using disposable containers for dine-in. If you’re going to charge high prices for high-minded food, then at least provide proper bowls and plates which don’t create more waste. Even if it’s recyclable waste. 雨天懒得离开有盖地区,下午两点半,想着应该没几个人,可以舒舒服服堂食。
谁知Basehall走极保守路线,八人桌坐两人,还要隔枱,所以居然有六七人排队进场。
幸好我已在网上下单,立刻可以取。


价格固然是太贵,是地价政策的错,不入餐厅的帐。


汤底很有诚意,比一般有深度。扑面而来的椰香加上海的鲜味,而且温度很热。面是一种像濑粉和米线混合体的面,好咬口。料:这种blood cockles一般在东南亚才能吃到,对上一次是新加坡大排档面摊,这里用上算是很有心。虾也不错,小小但肉是实在的,不是养虾场好像泵水撑肥的口感。鸡肉没什么特别。豆腐卜有点干,应该放汤里多煮一会儿。


懒惰不想走远又不想吃快餐/不知名肉类的话是过得去的选择。
