It was one typical day of close friends gathering, me and my besties heard about a nice western/Italian restaurant near Olympic station so we thought we would try it oout.So from the entrance poster we already knew that one of the signature dishes was the Truffle Pizza. So from the entrance poster we already knew that one of the signature dishes was the Truffle Pizza. The taste was intense, vert intense. And it is actually quite special because I had never tasted something like this before. It was like very strong flavor of cheese mixed with black truffle, I dunno lol, I think people who’s into truffle would like this very much.
We picked set dinner for each of us and then the sets came with soup and drinks, we both picked white wine lahhh LOL, the soup was clear and it was a good match with the bread.
I had the roasted porkchop and my friend got the sirloin steak. I think both of them were quite good and they’re both well-flavoured. The sides were very good too, you can tell that the chef was trying to be creative with the sauces and the combination of vegetable. The steak was juicy and easy to cut.Delicious !!
Lastly we ordered soufflé for dessert, it is exactly what you would expect from a soufflé LOL soft and creamy, just the right amount of sweetness.
It was a good place for dinner and chat with buddies !
