#滔滔甜品newly open store seems come from far hk north yuenlong area. we here not hv much this place maybe too high rent now, but not anymore. out land price keep deminishing and not one bidding the land and makes the housing market unheslthy. the rent is seems high now but not in future. due to the human aging and de-population of hk. not much young ppl sustain the economy. not much labor anymore and all the econ will go down and final. the rent will go down. its happy for resto running to see that

but can aging population sustain the turn over rate? i doubt that. will see.
