This store is located in Sheung Wan, famous for its congee as its name suggested. It has a sister store adjacent selling beef and fish ball noodle as well. I ordered the Fish Belly and Chicken Congee, while Ivy went for Liver and Beef Congee. The congee was very good, full of flavors, with a nice creamy texture where the rice fully 'melted'. The fish was fresh, with a generous portion, and paired with the soy sauce and spring onion it further enhanced the fragrance and taste. The chicken pieces are marinated with Chinese yellow wine and is fairly good.We also ordered a Deep Fried Dough Strip to complement the congee, which is a bit mediocre. The services for the store is what I would call 'standard'. With the total bill only $93, it is very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the portion.
