Went for the semi buffet dinner for birthday celebration of family member. good quality of food, fresh oysters, nice steak. variety of food in semi buffet is not as wide as those you can find for traditional full buffet but is definitely more than enough. and the seafoods, cold cuts, desserts, cakes and ice cream are all above average. service was superb - food refilled frequently, waiters are all friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. they come replace the plates frequently. we all feel very

murray’s service is so far one of the best among the five-star hotels in hong kong!
