Very jeng sushi at Kwai Fong 🍣🍣 Delicate sushi rice. I love the perfect balance of sourness and stickiness 👍Highly recommend the salmon belly and tuna belly sushi 🤤Sea urchin has a little bitter taste but that seems normal for hk quality. Skewers and rice burgers jau okay lah, not super outstanding. I miss the skewers place in Tokyo and I’m hoping to have a weekend getaway trip to Tokyo soon, just to eat food 🍣🇯🇵🥩🍜🍱🍛🍤🍙🍢🥢🍡🤤
