Been to Kane Tsuru a couple of times and love their chicken soup, I find it a bit thicker and “meatier” than the Ginza version. Came this time for lunch to try their crab soup, was slightly disappointed as there was crab meat and taste but it wasn’t very aromatic or very impressive to me. Personally think if you come, stick to chicken soup base.
