It was my second visit to this ramen place hidden in an alley, as for having their unforgetable fatty but not oily pork belly again. The ramen was good but the meat definitely stole the spotlight. The pork was tender and flavorful which complement the clear soy sauce soup of ramen perfectly🤤. As Ramen Cubism is the brand created by the Ramen Winner from Osaka, Chef Hayashi Takao, the ramen has so far the best soy sauce soup I've ever tried. The broth was clear, fresh but with the rich umami from bonito and soy sauce and the gentle kick from the spices.

However, even tho the food was great, the attitude of the staff seems need some work. I understood the staff was't meant to be rude, yet the knowledge with . When ordering, I asked for the soy sauce ramen with pointing on the menu, and the staff insisted, this raman should be called "9 Flavors Ramen 九味" but NOT "Soy Sauce Ramen 酱油", just because they have another type of soy sauce ramen, even tho the poster on the wall seems not agreeing the staff's point 😵💫. Also the staff was constantly on the phone, complaining to this and that, and I guess it's not quite appropriate to do in front of customers, at least when I guess Ramen Cubism didn't brand itself as a cha chaan teng? So... I guess there are some other better ramen options for me which allow me to have full enjoyment of my meal. 👋🏻🥲
