I saw a couple of customers crowding around a shop so I decided to look at it. It's actually a bubble tea shop that also sells bubble waffles and Chinese-style waffles. The shop is very organized and clean. It is being run by two middle-age couple who are very sweet and kind. I think they've shown one of the few best customer service I had since coming to HK a year ago. From start to end, they wore a genuine smile on their faces as if they're proud at what they do and serve. Not unlike some shop

I think they've shown one of the few best customer service I had since coming to HK a year ago. From start to end, they wore a genuine smile on their faces as if they're proud at what they do and serve. Not unlike some shops that I've been to where they're was a frown or unkempt tables and waiting areas. I hope this couple at this shop can maintain this.
Their menu is quite extensive so I chose one of the top items on the list and that is Brown sugar pearl milk tea ($20). My order came pretty quick. The drink is good. Not too sweet, not too bland. I will try their other drinks and the bubble waffle when I'm in the area again.
