Didn't expect that I could find a proper burger joint at Hunghom. BS Burger House is a small shop with very few seats. Used proper bun, meat was pan fried and dressed with good BBQ sauce, overall taste was good. However, the tempreture of the meat was warm (not hot enough), something needed to be improved in the future. Batter of the onion ring was also a bit hard, another thing also needed to be worked on. In summary, the chef knew how to make a proper burger.I knew I could not expect anything more because all of the above only cost no more that HKD35. I must say it was great value. Recommended to all readers. Just hope that the owner would make appropriate adjustments to improve its products.
