为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Spotted several times people queuing outside Kam Cheung. Now I understand why. $44 for a huge bowl of noodles loaded with your choice of toppings. I picked beef brisket noodles. My friend picked their signature pork chop with rice and requested to put the sauce on side. The pork chop batter was crispy and not too thick. The outside was dry but not oily and was able to keep the juiciness of the pork chop. The beef brisket was braised nicely. The beef had a fair amount of fat content which was sav

The outside was dry but not oily and was able to keep the juiciness of the pork chop. The beef brisket was braised nicely. The beef had a fair amount of fat content which was savory and tender. The broth was clear without putting too much MSG. Noodles, again too much for me but I really appreciated their quality of food!
