I have been here several times for weekend brunch, but this is the first time for a weekend lunch. The set lunch comes with a starter (choice of soup or salad bar), main and dessert. For $128+10% (or $148+10% including coffee/tea), it is quite good value compared to brunch and dinner.Between hubby and I we tried the following:1. Between hubby and I we tried the following:
1. Salad bar - although it's limited to one bowl, you can pick a bit of everything and end up having quite a large bowl of salad with many different kinds of vegetables and ham.
2. Lamp chops - we asked for medium and it was just right - tender without being too raw. The dish also came with a potato rosti which was really nice. The mixed vegetables on the side was not anything special.
3. Angus Beef Burger - this was a bit disappointing. Although the beef pattie was nice, the rest of the dish (the bun, the salad and the side potato wedges) was quite bland.
4. Strawberry Mousse - there was quite a nice strawberry flavour and we were quite surprised to find some strawberry bits at the bottom.
5. White Chocolate Brownie - this was more like a sponge cake with no chocolate taste (it was not yellow and not white, and certainly not a "brownie")
