yellowfin tuna tartare with watermelon ($168)it’s an incredible and interesting combination, as i had never thought that the tuna and watermelon worked so well together. it tasted so refreshing and it was such a photogenic summer appetiser. charcoal grilled wagyu m6 sirloin 300g ($398)the steak was cooked as medium and it tasted still so tender. i liked it because it balance the fat and the meat well, so it was not too fatty at the same time, never to hard to chew!
