Knowing this restaurant serving both Japanese and Thai foods buffet and it offers nice deal after 1:30pm (charging you HKD95 before any 10% charges), we gave a try today.The variety was okay - there were about 5 major sections including:Salad Corner - loads of Thai related salads, Japanese and Thai soup - we liked this corner, for the spicy, non-spicy and fresh salads, vegitables and salami. Sushi/Sashimi Corner - not much choices - you could only get Salmon, cuttlefish and some california rolls
The variety was okay - there were about 5 major sections including:
Salad Corner - loads of Thai related salads, Japanese and Thai soup - we liked this corner, for the spicy, non-spicy and fresh salads, vegitables and salami.
Sushi/Sashimi Corner - not much choices - you could only get Salmon, cuttlefish and some california rolls. Not very impressive
Japanese tempora and Thai Shrimp/Fish Cake Corner - you also got different Yellow Curry Chicken, Mixed Veg Curry and Duck Curry etc. It was alright.
Hot Plates Corner - serving different hot plates/dishes, including stir-fry fat noodle, sweet/soup pork, mussels, pork chop with eggs in Japanese style, etc. This section was okay.
Dessert Corner - all little sweet cake or desserts, mostly coconut or Thai-style, pretty sweet.
It was of satisfactory for the price it charged. The environment was okay.
What would you expect, it's charged only HKD95 before any 10% sur-charge.
