Having walked past this shop on various occasions and seen other branches we thought we’d give it a try. Once we sat down we were offered free soya bean milk which was a nice surprise. We ordered a wonton noodle soup and a pork and shrimp dumpling with stirred noodles.Everything is immediately cooked to order with an open kitchen that you can see. The skin on the wonton and dumplings were super thin and tasted a much better quality than you would get at a standard restaurant. The broth was clea
