1. Steamed rice roll with prawns (har cherng) - the skin was a bit thick for my liking, but still soft and good to eat. 7/10.
2.Black pepper cow stomach (hark jiew ngaw tou) - this was my favorite. Very tender, good sized slices, and very tasty. 8/10.
3.Fried squid with salt (jiew yim sin yau). Crispy outside and soft on the inside! 6.5/10.
4. Chicken feet (fung chau). I rarely have had chicken feet which isn't tasty in Hong Kong. 7/10.
5. Steamed beef ball (ngaw yuk kaw). Yet another dish I find almost always of high quality in Hong Kong. 7/10.
6.Egg white dumpling (Choi pong haai gaw). Probably the one dish I wouldn't order again, though if you like a soft and sticky skin dumplings with a clear taste, this might be for you. 5/10.
