Their Sheep stew very good favour as well strong. There many belly as well skin as well braise very tendered.
Source is very strong favour with star anise, szechuan peppercorn as well chu hau source favour as well some red tofu paste, goodest to mix rice. In the end I pour rice into lamb dish to suck up all source.
But dun un why they dun give tofu paste (tofu cheese)... see picture they have warning... in my mind if add tofu paste will gooder very many!
Next time will try Toad soup to goodest my manpower!!!!
