The Italian coastal journey began with a glass of champagne. The comparative tasting of vinegar was impressive with various levels of acidity, concentration and fruitiness.
•Peppery French Mussels Pot
The pot of sauce had a dominant white wine flavor. Great portion for sharing.
•Brittany Blue Lobster Catalana
A blend of blue lobster, tomato, onion, black pepper and lemon juice etc. Complex layers of texture. Well-seasoned.
•Spaghetti Tomato Red Prawn Mazara del Vallo
Savory tomato sauce filled with the umami of prawns. Very appetizing. Al dente spaghetti.
•Rigatoni Pesto Pistacchio & Sicilian Red Prawn
Nutty and earthy. Pistachio, a perfect substitute for pine nuts. Not so often to have pesto with seafood.
•Fassona Beef Grilled Tenderloin
Served on a piping hot iron plate along with 4 different dips. Be sure not to overcook the beef, which I reckon would be best enjoyed medium rare.

•Italian Style Roasted Potatoes
Big plates of well-prepared sides.
•Dessert Platter
Scrumptious platter with homemade desserts including dragon fruit panna cotta, tiramisu and cannolo etc. Served with a glass of dolce vino which makes a perfect finish to the meal.
