This flagship wine is a cross-regional blend wine from Shanxi and Ningxia, with 78% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 6% Marselan; it’s a beautiful wine that extrudes ripe dark plums and blue fruits notes along with oak and vanilla on the background, yet given with complex fruits and chocolate notes and fine tannins on the palate. A rich and rounded one that pairs well with red meat or barbecue dishes!
