Well, kowloon city seems to be a good place for everyone to come...This year we have 4 tables of friends n relatives.this is the menu:Sucking pig with small peta bread* the bread is chewy and sweet* the sucking pig is NOT crispy* lots of meat with the skin - very nice* greasyDeep fried crap* this is hot* the sauce is good, it is like those Thai sauce you get* the crap is not too rough, soft and hot inside, crispy on the outsideScallop/shell fish pieces with Celery* normal dish in chinese traditi

* the bread is chewy and sweet

* lots of meat with the skin - very nice
* greasy
Deep fried crap
* this is hot
* the sauce is good, it is like those Thai sauce you get
* the crap is not too rough, soft and hot inside, crispy on the outside
Scallop/shell fish pieces with Celery
* normal dish in chinese traditional menu
* the seafood with pawn sauce is good
* the celery is good, just it's too greasy
Green sprout Veggie
* this be cook with dry scallope
* the greens are fresh and crunchy
* the dry scallope is salty to make the dish good
* a bit greasy than usual, but overall it's good
Shark Fin soup
* this is GREAT - haha because i know it's expensive
* it' isclear soup, but they didn't put in those nice salty ham
* the veggie in the soup is soft and tender
* the soup is good, strong enough yet not too strong
abalone/duck feet/lettuce
* the abalone is soft and chewy
* the oyster sauce is so so
* a bit salty than i expected, but it's ok to go with the lettuce
* i will pass with this duck feet
Steam Fish
* the fish is cooked/steam just right
* the soya sauce is sweet and it's great
* the texture of the fish is good
Chicken on Tree
* too full, so i only try one set
* one set meaning tofu, ham and chicken
* the chicken is tender, smooth and juicy
* the ham is saulty between tofu and the chicken
* tofu is smooth
* very nice dish
Won ton noodle
* dumpling - it feels like those so so dish or am i too full?
* the noodle is too hard
* the spring leak in the noodle is strong
* the clear soup is salty
Yin Yeung fried rice
* the rice is good, i always love the tomato sauce side
* enough prawn, seafood in the rice
* the white sauce is thick and tasty
* the egg in the fried rice makes you want to eat more
Heated milk coconut with (something like bird nest)
* i was about to give up dessert and this comes
* the "milk" condense stuff in the cocnut are smooth and creamy
* they say the stuff like bird nest are good for you...
* the taste of this cocnut is not too strong yet you can taste the coconut
* this dish is famous??? now i tried, it is good.
