A surprise opening happened in my neighbourhood. The opening of Coffee Academics. A better option than Starbucks and Pacific Coffee.Located in a new service apartment, it's not very big but it offers various meals, cakes and of course, coffee. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. But what I didn't know when is they also sell tea. As it was hot outside, I wanted an ice tea to go. This is the citrus roobios ($50). It was not sweet but really fresh from the slices of lemo

It was not sweet but really fresh from the slices of lemon and lime. Very cold and good for the hot summer heat. Originally, I wanted the yuzu koobocha but they had run out so hopefully, I'll try that next time.
