Yat Tung Heen is a cheaper option (by about 30%) with better quality dim sum and service than City Hall. They do not have trollies being pushed around the restaurant, so that would be the one draw back. That said, on the weekend, getting a table is easy, the server visits regularly, and the food is served warm and fast. The dim sum menu is in English and Chinese with about 40-50 options plus veggie and rice sides. If you need an easy place on the weekend with no hassle, I would highly recomm
