Passed by Vantage Row (启岸巷子), and didn’t know there’s a mini food street JP-themed. When I step into Nakitora, there's an instagrammable area with Lantern decorations, pretty good vibes. Their Tonkotsu broth (鱼介汤底) is pretty thick and rich and the Japanese soft-boiled egg was perfect.I like Sakura shrimp miso ramen the most, the complex and rich shrimp flavour, definitely tickle my taste buds! I like Sakura shrimp miso ramen the most, the complex and rich shrimp flavour, definitely tickle my taste buds! If Shikoku Leek oil ramen can be more leek then all good.
