Apart from the great food, people come here for the atmosphere. They’re known for serving beers out of small rice bowls and the expat community love coming here to drink on the weekends. Apparently, the owner is quite a personality, known for moon-walking around the joint and blaring music out of the speakers after 9 PM. If you engage with him, he may even spot you a few beers and challenge you to a drinking contest. We got there quite early to snag a table, so unfortunately, we didn't get to witness any of this.

It’s exciting seeing a place like this operate - how efficient it is. The wait staff run around with walkie talkies and food comes out before you know it. All in all, the service is great. They offer you advice on their extensive menu and will let you know if they think you’ve over ordered...what?

The deep-fried pig's trotters were my favourite! They were the perfect combination of crispy and fatty with a perfect dipping sauce that added some nice acidity. The fried chicken with garlic was also amazingly moist and delish #friedeverythang They’re also famous for their squid ink pasta with cuttlefish balls, which we didn't try - but apparently it’s also a great dish.
