The food and environment are excellent and the price is reasonable, but you have to be prepared for some of the worst services for a restaurant of this pedigree.  A restaurant staff mixed up our reservation time and took a wrong order.  Instead of apologizing and offering a proper solution, we were made to accept the wrong dish.  Waitress teased customer for stuttering while ordering food.  Even cha chaan teng offer better services.
