The food is good and comes on time. But to grab the attention of the waiters, you must do a ballet dance and they still will ignore you. Is it because they have a huge clientele and can afford to lose some? Even to ask for water, you must have your hands raised for 5 minutes and they cross you to go to the next table with more number of patrons but turn a blind eye to you. Food is good. But there are much better places in HK which will serve good food with a smile!I made a choice of three dishes

I made a choice of three dishes. Thai barbeque pork, chinese soup with fungus, sliced pork and vegetables and a mistake (Indian pita). The thai bbq dish was exemplary. Crisp and cooked to perfection.. yummy! The soup was good too and I believe it is very difficult to go wrong on clear soup Chinese style. The Indian in me wanted to try the Indian "pita" which was 3 pieces of paratha (or south Indian parotta) with a gravy. Yes, I agree it is "crazy" to order an Indian dish in a Chinese restaurant. But wishful thinking was that, since its on the menu, they have the expertise to do justice to it. But, I strongly believe it was the packed, ready to eat paratha that was cooked.. it was too crisp and dry. The gravy was OK though I do not know what gravy it was. On the whole, the soup and dry dish were good.
