For all those coming back from other countries where they have real pho, this is probably the closest you will get.The price is reasonable at 40ish - 50, where venues in Hong Kong try to charge 80ish per bowl by scaling up their renovation... More often than not thry end up tasting like beef brisket with noodles from a wonton noodle shop( except with a monster price tag ). This little shop upholds the spirit of pho for us expats, a price that doesn't turn heads ( as pho should be ) and not bad
