We also ordered 慢煮牛肋条 and 魔鬼牛杂. The broth is lovely and the carrot was thoroughly soaked. We really like the juicy and tender beef melted inside our mouth!
This Sichuan style 凉拌窝笋丝 was so delicious, well balanced of sourness and hotness. A bit spiced but I am sure everyone can handle the spice.
