Little Tipsy is at 9/F above HSBC of Kwun Tong Hoi Yuen Road. The location is very closed to APM and Crocodile Center. Here I upload part of the lunch menu of which to highlight, there are two special coffee drinks if diner wouldn't mind spending extra $10 bucks to try something different.
One option is a Iced Cucumber Latte which is refreshing during warm days while the Brown Sugar Ginger Latte suits cold winter.
I have tried almost every main dishes so far because the quality of raw materials truly meet my expectation of real food.
For example, if you care for medium well steak, order the slow cooked rib eye to enjoy the tender meat. Of course you can specify how you would like the steak to be cooked.
Remember to contact the restaurant to ask more how you can obtain a substantial discount during late lunch hours.
