为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Great robatayaki joint but a bit pricey

The restaurant was actually kind of hard to find but it's located on the left hand side of entering the driveway towards the hotel and not in the hotel itself. The restaurant interior is decorated like a traditional japanese place, with individual tables as well as a table in front of the chefs. Of course, I opted to be seated in front of the chefs to have the full on robatayaki experience as well as seeing what ingredients are available (vegetables and seafood are set out in front of you for yo

The restaurant was actually kind of hard to find but it's located on the left hand side of entering the driveway towards the hotel and not in the hotel itself. The restaurant interior is decorated like a traditional japanese place, with individual tables as well as a table in front of the chefs. Of course, I opted to be seated in front of the chefs to have the full on robatayaki experience as well as seeing what ingredients are available (vegetables and seafood are set out in front of you for your choosing). We ordered the grilled squid (which was amazing and crispy), grilled steak (melt in your mouth steak perfectly cooked as requested...we opted for medium rare), grilled enoki mushrooms (soft and tender cooked in butter/soysauce), grilled black cod (this is a must have item as the fish was served in a large chunk and seasoned perfectly), grilled scallops and grilled prawns. As each item is grilled individually, I would suggest for people to allocate around 2 hours for the dinner. Service was great, both from the wait staff and the chefs, and the ingredients were cooked perfectly and very fresh, but came at a price of $1000 a person, which I thought was a bit steep.
