“Car” noodles is one of the most traditional food in Hong Kong. I personally like eating “Car” noodles because you get to choose as many side dishes and the type of noodles that you like. I chose egg noodles, curry fish ball, beef brisket, pork intestines, white radish, gailan veggie, and wish beef brisket soup base. All side dishes were delicious.Overall, I’ll rate this restaurant 4/5. And will definitely come again!
