we had the tomahawk steak rare and it was done awesome red inside and the right amount of burnt crisp flesh on the outsideyou don't want sauce on this but just the steak with crushed sea salt and peppercorns which they provide you with it's huge and the 2 of us barely finished it. they have a porterhouse which is great again rare is how i roll
