i love taiwanese beef noodles and this is the best in Hong kong.located in wan chai near pacific place 3, this is a relatively new restaurant.its the best for a quick catch up with friends.however the waiting is a bit too long and please come early!the soup base of this noodles is amazingly made.i have the spicy one and it is very tasty.it is very hot and i kept sweating! it is a good detox food ! the beef is well cooked as well as it is not too hard or too soft! just the right texture!i also lo

i also love the drinks which is the iced tea with no sugar!! there are some more tasty but sugary choice allowed too.
i felt like i am in taipei at one point

i would definitely come back!!
but come a bit early to avoid the crowd!
