This is an unforgettable dinner for me in Hachiouji. I am the person who would like to try any new things. I didn’t do any research; I feel like then just walk in with my friends. But they had two parties on that night actually. Lucky that they still had some tables available for the normal guess. There are two floors in this restaurant; the ground floor was full, so we sat in the basement. Both are really nice with the old stylish decoration. And there is a patio for the toilet and smoking area
The Grain Shell is the most I like, which is really fresh and tasty. The price is $498 that I think it is reasonable because I can feel that soft piece of sashimi melt in my mouth immediately. I saw the Grain Shell was moving when the staff showed us. Then I was holding it in my hand and really couldn’t wait to eat already. And also we ordered the braised abalone with the set of Showa Assorted Sashimi.
Yummy~Yummy~ My friends and I were satisfied the meal very much. All the staffs were still paying enough attention to us, even the boss came to say hello. We feel like we were also sharing their happiness as the same time although it was a bit noisy. Of course the quality of foods is really important, but the meaning of fine dining is not only focusing on the foods; is including the environment, the services and the feeling. Over all they were doing well. Therefore, I gave them the high tips because I can see the technical, image, professional and smiling. I would like to share this great relaxing place to everyone. Whatever a small gathering or a big celebration event, I am sure that most of you will enjoy the delicious foods and the surrounding feeling.
题外话/补充资料：
I heard the boss was talked with his staffs loudy, it made me a bit scared. By the way, he was still care of the four little pototoes(my friends and I) at the busy moment. Everyone has different talking attitude, it is fine for me. At least I think he does the basic respect to the customers at the restaurant.
