I have eaten at this restaurant several times in other locations, so was very happy to see so close to my office, and to replace the tired old Vietnamese restaurant that used to be there. Call me boring but when I find a good Pho, I will order the same thing every time. They do an exceptional beef Pho that is tough to beat in Hong Kong. Huge serving of noodles, mint, plenty of beef and they give you lime and chilli without having to ask for it. Soup broth was very tasty, I didn’t leave a single

Huge serving of noodles, mint, plenty of beef and they give you lime and chilli without having to ask for it. Soup broth was very tasty, I didn’t leave a single drop in the bowl.
I have tried their sides, such as lemon grass skewers and rice rolls which are always good, but the Pho is definitely a highlight.
Service is good, staff were friendly, polite, efficient and not bothering you to hurry up and leave.
Restaurant is clean...but then it is new...
This place is tough to get into, so either go super early or after 1pm.
A must try!
