Mala Sea River Snails
Saw this on the menu and I was like yes, this is what I crave for! The preparation of cooking river snails is time-consuming so this dish isn't common in HK. Stir-fried with chili and garlic in a savory sauce. I especially liked the crunchy part at the top of each snail.
Sichuan Boiled Beef
Huge pot with beef slice, enoki mushroom, cucumber, indian lettuce and bean sprouts. Flavorful broth. Generous portion.
The owner was very friendly. Overall great value for money. Would absolutely visit again.
