I was wondering through the new food court and found that Bove had a store here. I always wanted to try it so I ordered their original souffle pancake. For $36, the souffle pancake was superb. It was airy and soft and you can easily finish the two pancakes.Their brand "Bove" on top of the pancake definitely made it more unique. I advise that if you want to see the brand clearly remember to choose "Honey" as the other sauces will actually cover up the brand. Moreover, the honey sauce was quite fragrant without being too sweet, complementing the souffle pancake very well.
