We had a reservation here, so we weren't required to wait. This is a fairly straightforward restaurant. They kind of market the tapas thing, but in reality, this just means that you have two appetizer choices instead of one. I opted for the garlic prawns and the consomme. The consomme, since I wasn't thinking, is a soup, which means you might not be able to share this easily with some of your other guests (if you bring any), so be mindful of this when you are ordering dishes to share.
For my main, I got the pasta, which I'm not sure is a regular on the menu. It was pretty good, but probably not that special. I actually felt that way about most of the dishes I ate here- pretty good, but not necessarily noteworthy. The real selling point of this place however is the view, which gives you a cool view of some of the mid levels area, which is nice. I'm not sure if the view is much different during the evening, but I would recommend coming for lunch over dinner, since there aren't really that many lights on the mountain at night anyway.
Prices can kind of depend here I think, since they were doing a promotional thing when I visited. Their menu is listed on their website, and is pretty easy to understand. I would probably come back here, but mostly for the view, since I thought the food was was not super distinct.
