How to make the Future Burger?

"Beyond Meat" is a bean mixture and urban bakery form the meat into a patty, with green bean at the bottom, topped with shallots, sundried tomato, sesame seeds, and chives, complementing with the Spanish style garlic aioli.

The burger is juicy from the patty as well as the fresh French bean. The French bean also provides an extra bite and snap effect to your mouthful. The aioli sauce really enhances to the flavour to the next level.

Why "Beyond Meat"?

With the consumption of meat nowadays, in a long run, we won't be able to enjoy meat anymore due to lack of resources when we have demand higher than supply. Most of the meat we are having daily is full of hormone, and the animals are treated immorally.

Beyond Meat is made from three different kinds of natural mushroom. The protein value is actually higher than real meat, while the nutritional value is also richer than normal meat. Do you know that Bill Gate is also one of the investors on the meat? That's why it is so tasty! The texture is even tearable just like real meat.
