We came for some pho 🍲 again today as we were craving something hot and healthier option. This restaurant has been there for a while and I have heard it’s a traditional option for some good quality Vietnam cuisine. we ordered a few of their signature dishes. First being the original pho with different kinds of beef: meat balls, beef, beef collagen...etc. The soup broth was super rich and delicious, portion of the pho was perfect for sharing and it definitely warm us up a bit! secondly, we also o

secondly, we also ordered a platter for sharing with fried chicken wings, squid, traditional Vietnam roll and also spring rolls. My favorite was the squid and the rice rolls. It was something unlike the ones we have tasted.

we also ordered the grilled fish which was cooked perfectly. It was so yummy and fresh, with its original taste and we finished the whole fish at the end!
