I love Japanese grills and skewers very much and had been visiting quite a few of these restaurants these days. So this evening, I was in Tin Hau and came across this little restaurant.There wasn't any guests when I stepped in. I was a bit worried if it was becoz of poor food quality... The waitress was pretty and nice, brought me to the table and offered me water.Very cute cutleries. Cuttlefish Ink Sausages
Didn't expect this to be so good! Crispy outside and warm and tender in the inside. Plus it tasted awesome! What a surprise!Eel
So I took photos for the three facets. This was done to a turn. It was just chewy with the fat melty, zesty!
Ox tongue
It was so much fun to grill the ox tongue by ourselves. They offered butter, so make sure you add some to the pan before you grill anything, You will see the magic of it esp from the mushroom!
